Accessibility
Some connections are meant to last forever.™
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to learn about Aurelle NY, book an experience and get in touch with us, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.
What we’re working toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Our website is still growing, and we have not yet completed a full accessibility review, so some parts may not meet that standard yet.
When we build or change a page, we look at clear headings, readable text and color contrast, keyboard access, and text descriptions for meaningful images.
Content from other services
Some parts of our website come from other services that we don’t control, including posts and videos from Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and payments handled by PayPal. If one of these doesn’t work for you, let us know and we’ll help another way.
[KNOWN ISSUES, if any]
If something gets in your way
If you have trouble using any part of our website, email us at info@aurelleny.com[OR PHONE]. Please tell us which page you were on and what happened.
We can help you book an experience or get any information from our website by email or phone instead.
At your appointment
Because we come to you, much of your experience happens in a space you know. If there is anything that would make your appointment easier, such as seating, extra space, extra time or a preferred way to communicate, let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to plan for it. [CONFIRM]
How we respond
We aim to reply to accessibility requests within [RESPONSE TIME, e.g. 2 business days], and we use what you tell us to improve the website.
