Aurelle NY is a mobile permanent jewelry service. We come to you, anywhere across Long Island and New York City, for personal appointments, house calls, private parties, bridal and bachelorette events, corporate events, and pop-ups. Our website is https://www.aurelleny.com.

When you book or enquire about an event, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of experience, your preferred date, your party size, and the address where the event will take place. That address may not be your own, like a friend’s home or a venue. We use it only to plan and travel to your event, and it doesn’t replace the address saved on your account. If you list your guests’ names when booking, it’s only to save time on the day. We don’t contact anyone you list.
When you create an account or sign in, you can use an email address and password, or sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft. If you use one of those services, it shares your name and email address with us. We never receive your password for that service.
At your event, guests who purchase jewelry may give us their name and email address. We use them to send the receipt, register the piece for warranty and re-welding, and set up an account so they can book with us in the future.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
When you leave a testimonial, we collect what you submit through the testimonial form. We review every testimonial before it appears, and approved testimonials are published on our website with the name you provide.
For security, we collect technical information such as IP addresses and sign-in activity. We use it only to protect the website and our customers’ accounts.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we’ll send messages about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders, and changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We send text messages through Twilio, which processes your number only to deliver our messages.
Private events require a non-refundable retainer, which is paid through PayPal. Your card or bank details are entered directly with PayPal and are not received or stored by Aurelle NY. We keep a record of the payment amount, date, and PayPal transaction reference, as well as when you agreed to our booking and retainer terms and which version you agreed to.
When you sign in, we set cookies that keep you signed in and remember your choices. They are removed when you sign out. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft, that service may set its own cookies during sign-in.
We use Cloudflare to protect our forms and website from spam and attacks. To tell people apart from automated bots, Cloudflare checks limited technical information, such as your IP address and basic browser details. It does not use this information for advertising. Its use is covered by Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Some pages show posts and videos from our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that site directly, and that site may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with it, especially if you are signed in to an account with it.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run bookings and the website: PayPal (payments), Twilio (text messages), Microsoft (email and secure cloud storage, and sign-in if you choose to use your Microsoft account), Apple (only if you choose to sign in with Apple), and Cloudflare (spam protection and website security).
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your information is stored in the United States. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it and back it up regularly to protect against loss. Access to your information is limited to the people who run Aurelle NY.
Booking and purchase records are kept indefinitely. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Security information is kept only as long as needed to protect the website. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
You can view and update your account details at any time from My Account. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you or ask us to delete it by emailing info@aurelleny.com. We may need to keep certain records, such as payment records, for legal, accounting, or security reasons. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any newsletter and stop text messages by replying STOP.
