With at least 48 hr notice, you can move your appointment once, within 60 days. A second move needs a new deposit.
Cancelling with less than 48 hr notice, on the day, or not being home forfeits the deposit.
If it isn’t safe for us to travel, we’ll move your appointment and you keep your deposit.
