Before you book
How booking works
Choose an experience above and sign in or create an account. Then pick a date and time that suits you, add the address where the event will take place, and confirm. You’ll get an email confirming the details, and a reminder before the day.
Book online or request a quote
Book online experiences show you open dates straight away, and you reserve one yourself. Request a quote experiences, such as corporate events and fundraisers, start with a few questions about your event. We reply with a proposal, and nothing is reserved or paid until you agree to it.
Where we go
We come to you, anywhere on Long Island and in New York City: your home, a friend’s, an office or a venue. The event address doesn’t have to be yours, and it never replaces the address saved on your account.
What happens on the day
We arrive before your guests to set up. Each person chooses a chain, we size it on the wrist, and close it with a small weld instead of a clasp. The weld touches the chain, not the skin, and takes a few seconds.
What to have ready
A table with good light near a power outlet is all we need. We bring the chains, the tools and everything else.
Your guests
You can list your guests’ names when you book. It’s optional and only saves time on the day. We don’t contact anyone you list. Guests who choose a piece give us their name and email address so we can send their receipt and register it for warranty and re-welding.
Retainers and changing your date
Where an experience takes a retainer to reserve your date, it is non-refundable. It can be moved to another date once, as long as you let us know at least seven days before your event.
Payments
Payments go through our payment provider’s secure checkout. Your card details never reach our website.
Wearing it every day
Permanent jewelry is made to stay on through showers, sleep and everyday life. If you ever need it off, the chain can be snipped close to the weld, and we can re-weld it later.
