A note with the gift

The balance sits over the design’s picture, with the card number and a code to scan underneath. The balance goes down as the card is used.
Whoever gets the card can add it to Apple Wallet from the card’s own page, linked in the gift card email.

What it is
A gift card for permanent jewelry
Aurelle NY is mobile permanent jewelry. The jeweller travels to you - a chain is chosen at the fitting, sized on the wrist, and closed with a weld rather than a clasp. There is no clasp to lose and nothing to take off.
A gift card is spent towards any of it: the appointment itself and whatever is chosen on the night. Cards run from $50.00 to $1,000.00.
What a card is not
It is not a booking and does not hold a date. Whoever receives it chooses their own time, which is usually the point of giving one - you are giving the experience, not committing somebody to a Tuesday.
How to redeem
Four steps
- Book an appointment at www.aurelleny.com, in the usual way. Nothing about the card changes how you book.
- Bring the code with you. It is in the email, and on the printed sheet if one was printed. A photograph of it on a phone is fine.
- Mention it before paying. It comes off the total on the night.
- Keep the code if anything is left on it.
How it comes off the bill
The card is treated as payment, so it covers the whole total including tax rather than reducing what is taxable. If it covers everything, there is nothing left to pay. If it does not, the difference is settled on the night as normal.
Anything left stays on the card
A card is not used up in one visit. Spend part of it and the rest stays, to be used at another appointment - by you or by whoever you pass the code to.

How long it lasts
9 years from the day it was bought. The expiry is on the card and in the email.
Whoever holds the code can use it
A gift card works like cash: there is no name attached at the counter. Forward the email, print it, or write the code in a card - all of those work. For the same reason, keep it somewhere safe. Anybody who has the code can spend it.
If something goes wrong
- The email never arrived. Check spam first, then get in touch - we can see the card and send it again.
- You have lost the code. Get in touch. If it was bought from us we can find it.
- It was sent to the wrong address. Tell us quickly and we can put a hold on it while it is sorted out.
Refunds
Gift cards are not refundable for cash. They keep their value until they are spent or until they expire.
